Member of the Ioannina Bar Association since 2012. Evangelos Pappas was born in Athens and after the first years of his life, moved to Ioannina. He derives his paternal origin from the Vargiades of Ioannina and from his mother from Vlongos of Arcadia.
He is a graduate of Epiphanio School - 3rd General Lyceum of Ioannina. He studied at the Law School of the Demokriteio University of Thrace during the years 2007-2011, from which he graduated with a grade of Very Good and was then accepted into the Postgraduate Program of the Department of Public Law and Political Science of the same University with a scientific specialization in Administrative and Tax Law, which he completed with an Excellent grade.
He practices martial law, defending his clients' cases all over Greece, scoring successes that in many cases marked intersections in the jurisprudence of the Greek courts. He knows the English language perfectly and French at a very good level.
